		<description>Interestingly I work a block away from the EFF headquarters in San Francisco and had no idea about Freedom Not Fear Day. The EFF should have been all over this.

Then again there were some other pretty overwhelmingly important events taking place around that time too. Very little non-election news made it into the media cycles throughout October.

What do we know about Obama&#039;s perspective on personal privacy compared to the Bush regime anyway? Will Obama continue to insist on moving towards RFID tagged IDs for Canadians crossing the border?</description>
